Based on the art project of the same name carried out by several artists in Moscow gallery “Regina” with a stress on a sharp and shocking action by Oleg Kulik, entitled “Piggly Wiggly Makes Presents”, which main purpose was to make a dormant Philistine mind wake up and look closer at the present condition of Russian art; its TV-version was shown in the program “TV Gallery” and caused the storm of indignation in Russian reactionary press and political parties. Shown at the International Video Festival “VideoFest–94”, Berlin, February 1994; International Festival of Television Programs and Films “BANFF”, Banff, Canada, June 1994; screened at Art Frankfurt, 2002; at the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art, Moscow, Russia, 2014-2015.
